Do you know Sanskrit? Albert Einstein.

One day Albert Einstein (14 March 1879–18 April 1955) tried to greet and talk to an Indian Scientist Dr BN Gupta, in Sanskrit. Dr. Gupta pleaded his inability to reply in Sanskrit.

Dr. Einstein was amazed at the poor response of the young Indian Scientist and said: “You hail from India which is the home of Hindu Philosophy, yet you have not cared to learn your mother language. Come along, see my library which treasures classics from Sanskritam.”

Prof (Dr) Harold Dean Brown (August 13, 1927 – June 24, 2003)a friend of Albert Einstein at Princeton’s Institute for Advanced Study, was a sanskrit scholar. Dean Brown said that most European languages can be traced back to a root language and it is related to Sanskrit - the sacred language of the ancient Vedic Hindu religions of India.

Sanskrit has the most advanced and exact vocabulary for self-realization of any language in the world. Sanskrit is in our DNA. It would be easier for an Indian to learn it. Unfortunately, our country doesn't give any importance to our OWN culture, language and tradition.
